Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Terrain Play Sports LLC (“Terrain Play”, “we”, “us”) collects through terrainplay.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable UAE law.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us
Our quote form asks for your name, email address and phone number, and optionally your company or school, project type, Emirate, the product you are interested in and a message about your space. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use Google tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads, set up through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, site visits and installations.
- To deliver and support the products and services you order.
- To improve our website, products and service.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your permission.
How we store and share it
Quote requests are saved securely in our website’s admin area and sent to our team by email. Our website is hosted by Hostinger and our email runs on Google Workspace, so your information is stored on their servers. We share your details only with people who need them to serve you, for example our installation team, or a partner brand such as Kiddoro or Bonton when your enquiry is about their products, and when the law requires it.
Third-party services and links
Some features are provided by other companies: WhatsApp (if you start a chat with us), Google Maps (only loaded when you click “Show map” on our contact page) and links to partner websites such as kiddoroplayset.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The website works without these cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and project and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at hello@terrainplay.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our products are for children, but this website is for parents, schools and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
